(FLOOR & TRACK)
Diamond floor sawing is a self-contained machine. Like track sawing it can cut reinforced concrete (up to 650mm depth) in linear lines. It is faster, safer and more efficient than conventional methods. Being used to make alterations, remove concrete slabs and cut trenches in hard floor surfaces. It can also be used to trim back edges of slabs, remove defective concrete and form expansion joints. Since there are a huge range of floor saws which vary in size, it is possible to cut most lengths, widths.
Track sawing is a diamond blade cutting system designed to cut concrete up to 1m depth. It is electrically operated enabling it to be used in enclosed work areas, making it environmentally friendly. It consists of a saw head mounted on a linear track. The tracks can be of any length (in 1m or 2m increments) producing extremely accurate cut lines. The system cuts heavily reinforced concrete using diamond tipped blades making a series of passes along the length of the track at progressive increments, until the desired depth is achieved. The system can cut horizontally, vertically and inverted, enabling concrete to be cut from underneath.
CORE DRILLING & ROCK DRILLING
Concrete core drilling is a drilling system consisting of a lightweight rotary drill. The machine is man portable and is operated by a single technician. Core bits have cutting teeth impregnated with industrial diamonds enabling reinforced concrete to be cut quickly and efficiently releasing no percussive energy. The hole sizes are precise and range from small diameters(10mm) up to big diameters (> 1m). As it is a non-percussive technique, structural integrity is maintained around when drilling. Every diamond drill runs water through the driving shaft to ensure that the workspace remains free of dust. They can be operated in either a vertical, horizontal and inverted direction depending on the requirements
