    The works included, repairing areas of wood rot around windows, building cracks, spalling boundary wall, slate tiling of bin area, the prepping and painting of all metal work, coving, windows and bay windows, doors and painted walls.

  • Hook Road,


    This project  with converting a  3 bedroom house into 3 separate apartments. This refurbishment project saw B-Line demolish the old roof to extend the existing floor area, install a new roof, lay in new services, fit out new furniture and interiors to  finally achieve 2-1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor and 1 - 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. This intricate and challenging project was entirely completed and commissioned by B-Line's in-house team

  • Gatesden Road,


    This project comprised of excavating over half of the current back garden to lay foundation to support the stone flag paving. Due to the irregular shape/ layout the customer required this took a lot of planning to get right first time. After completing this project in 1 week and within budget enabled us to obtain a 5 star review from our client. 

  • Bencraft Halls, Southampton

    The initial start of this project began with internal strip out, this then quickly escalated in to additional works required from B-Line. Due to the nature of our company and that we operate in many different fields of the construction industry, we was later awarded the contract of various building works, including bricklaying and painting. 

    This was a contract lasting around 4 months, completed on time and within budget.  

  • Ibis Hotel,


    This project started out as a minor refurbishment and repairs job, ended up being a regular maintenance and building project. It brought repeated business as the same client awarded Bencraft Halls project in Southampton to B-Line. B-Line's scope included bricklaying, painting, rendering, cleaning and finally maintenance of all its works.

    A refurbishment project that saw B-Line create structurally modified openings throughout the building which were then supported using steel and concrete lintels to be later finished by rendering and painting to a smooth finish.
